Jasmine

Gunpowder Pinhead

This tea was one of the first to be exported to the West, and still represents most Chinese green tea exports today. Its leaves are rolled in little balls, hence its name. It is usually used to prepare mint green tea, when mint leaves are infused with Gunpowder balls. This tea produces a light, smooth beverage without the acidity of some green teas. Sencha 2nd Flush

Produced in many regions of Japan, Sencha is the most popular green tea there. Its leaves are steamed immediately after they are harvested then rolled and dried. Pai Mu Tan

This tea is produced in Fujian Province and contains leaf buds as well as the first two leaves of the tea shoot. White teas are made by simply drying the freshly harvested leaves and leaf buds.
